14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your CakeQuote AI plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to all our paid plans, including Pro.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, email us at hello.cakequoteai@outlook.com and we'll help you with the request. You can also visit paddle.net (their Buyer Support page). Have your order reference or receipt email to hand — it makes the process quicker.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation stops future charges and is separate from a refund. If you cancel part-way through a billing month you keep access until the end of that period. Your first month is free, so if you cancel before your first paid month starts, you won't be charged at all.
